We are excited to announce the 2025 webinar series presented by the PLAN Education Committee in collaboration with AXA XL. These webinars are open to all PLAN agent firms, regardless of whether they are currently insured with AXA XL. Each session qualifies for one Continuing Education (CE) credit, satisfies PLEP requirements for AXA XL insureds, and is designed to help design professionals navigate critical topics impacting their work.
We are now requiring attendees to list their broker name during registration. If you are unsure of this, please reach out to your PLAN agent.

PLEASE NOTE: PER AIA GUIDELINES, AIA CREDIT IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO:

Complex projects can translate into higher severity claims if not designed and built properly. The prudent design professional will need to take additional proactive steps during the design and construction phases to confirm that the design intent is clear and all subconsultants are properly coordinated. More importantly, the design professional will need to design the project in a way that fits within the contractor’s skillset and the project budget to ensure project success and avoid or mitigate claims.
