We are excited to announce the 2026 PLAN webinar series presented by the PLAN Education Committee in collaboration with PLAN Partners. This webinar is open to all PLAN agent firms, regardless of whether they are currently insured with the presenting Partner. Each session qualifies for one Continuing Education (CE) credit and is designed to help design professionals navigate critical topics impacting their work.

A design professional’s involvement with the construction phase is often critical to the successful completion of a construction project.  While performing these services allows the design professional a valuable opportunity to detect errors and omissions and participate in decisions to resolve problems, there are risks associated with this phase of the project.  In this seminar, we will explore the potential risks and rewards to the design professional when performing construction phase services.
