We are excited to announce the 2025 October webinar presented by the PLAN Education Committee in collaboration with Berkley Design Professional. This webinar is open to all PLAN agent firms, regardless of whether they are currently insured with Berkley Design Professional. This session qualifies for one Continuing Education (CE) credit and qualifies for a risk management rating credit of 15% for Berkley DP policyholders.
We are now requiring attendees to list their broker name during registration. If you are unsure of this, please reach out to your PLAN agent.

This workshop will illustrate the contract lifecycle, provide a comprehensive step-by-step review process, and present real-world examples of client-drafted agreement language. Participants will learn how to identify and amend contract language to enhance insurability.
